Multi-Functional Electric Pallet Truck and Stacker

The PT20D series combines the features of a pedestrian pallet truck with that of a stacker. This pallet truck transports goods horizontally but also manages the loading and unloading of HGVs and the stacking of pallets with its maximum lifting height of 2,500mm (H3 height: 2,300mm).

With its double lifting function, the PT20D is able to lift two Euro pallets at the same time, doubling the speed of operations compared to a traditional pedestrian pallet truck or stacker. The truck can carry up to 2,000KG when used as a pallet truck, 1,000KG with the forks raised, and 2x1,000KG in double-deck operation.

The 8mm thick apron ensures the robustness and strength of the chassis even in the event of collisions. The steel battery cover reinforces this strength.

The side location of the lifting and lowering buttons makes these manoeuvres easier and safer when the operator needs to monitor the height from the side of the truck.

The long tiller design makes operations highly efficient and keeps loads at a safe distance from the stacker’s body. It also requires less operating force compared with short-tiller stackers.

The electronically controlled proportional lifting system ensures accurate positioning and stacking operations at all lifting heights and is extremely efficient with high masts.
